Martial arts training can be an important tool
for developing social and physical skills in children. They become more disciplined and tolerant while training their bodies
in the kung fu skill. At Shoalin Kungfu Chan the children learn not to fight but to protect and defend themselves and others.
Kung fu activity will make them physically strong and flexible while boosting their confidence and self esteem.

Interaction with peers allows friendships to
begin. The students learn to respect each other and the teacher. We often hear parents say their child's academic performance and behavior at home show
improvement after joining the classes.

Shaolin Kungfu Chan offers a harmonious and encouraging atmosphere and as a result, shy students open up in class and smile
more and outgoing children learn to be patient and follow direction. Because the students practice together, they become
more aware of their surroundings. The variety of exercises and activities gets them in shape and prepares them for challenges.
Our goal is to keep them active and working towards happy and healthy lives while teaching them the ancient art of Shaolin
Kungfu.
